If i understand you correctly hotels and other businesses servers do not allow the device to connect, but same happens if i try to connect my IPhone 4 using it as a personal hotspot.

thank you mr. herman for your replay, Is there another device that do support webpage authentication ? I wonder if any changes in the DHCP setting could solve the problem.
