OK I eventually found it. My DSL settings are as follows. UpstreamDownstream SNR Margin(dB) 11.1 6.2 Line Attenuation(dB) 14.6 24.5 All looks OK except SNR downstream

How do you get the DSL settings up on the VR900? There is nothing that looks like the pages on the link you posted.
