Seemed like the port 2106 was reserved by TP-LINK themselves, you may try to contact them for the beta firmware.

Did the DMZ work? Some routers didn't support VPN passthrough.

Looks like that TP-LINK change the LED status, I faced the same problem when I upgrade to the newest version.

There must be restrictions between different hardware version.
