Is it printed on the bottom of the switch itself? The switch is a plug and play device. What are you trying to get access out?

How do I configure a rule to block people trying to see the router from outside? It is disabled in default settings. You can go to Access Control---Remote Access and have a check.

How about status of Signal light on your WA860RE? Did you connect PC to main router and PC to range extender by wire or wirelessly to do ping test?
