@BiTeZ I was able to resolve my issue. I used the hard reset button on the back of the router but had to do the reset twice. After the second try I was able to see both the 2.4gz and 5ghz bands...

@siluram I'm having the exact same issue. I've upgraded to the newest firmware and have all the original equipment including the power adapter. My router is not broadcasting the SSID for the 2.4 ghz...
