@MadCircle I have the same issue. Found out that devices connected to "Uknown" are connected to IoT network I enabled recently. All devices connected to the main network don't have this issue.

Hi, I have same problem. I connected my AX74 to the cloud without any problem. Extender RE505x cannot be connected, still error "Timeout" both from Tether app and web interface.
