Hi all, I have purchased above Starter Kit, in order to get better wifi signal . Having connected it up I now have 3 solid, green lights on Adaptors(2)

The wifi signal is no better than before. As I hope to use it to stream films, etc.,it does not appear to be much better than I had. Have I connected correctly? Should the 3 lights on each Adaptor, be solid?
Any help would be apprciated.
