I have a small office, where a number of people use music streaming services (specifically spotify, but also a few others), and others use a VPN to do work on client systems. I can't figure out how to set up QoS to ensure that the VPN gets high priority, and some of these "recreational" services get low priority. I found this: http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-1104.html, but my router doesn't seem to have this menu option...

Any ideas?

Hi, QoS function in C3200 is named Bandwidth Control.
You should enable this function and setup total upstream/downstream bandwidth.
Then add a new controlling rule. Select IP address of the LAN clients, select the port which VPN used then choose the priority.Type in upstream and downstream you need.

Thanks. Unfortunately, "Bandwidth Control" doesn't prioritize applications, protocols, ports, etc, like the QoS controls shown in http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-1104.html. For example, I cannot prioritize VPN over HTTP over Facebook with the bandwidth control tab. At best, I can "reserve" bandwidth, assuming that I know the ports that particular applications (such as Facebook) use. Any other suggestions?
