Hi, I dont understand why the time on my TD-W9980 is an hour behind during the summer ?

I set the time zone to GMT+0 (London)
I set the NTP servers to 0.uk.pool.ntp.org & 1.uk.pool.ntp.org

but when i click get GMT it sets the time to an hour behind ? I would assume the whole point of the time servers is to keep the time correct even after daylight savings time changes.

So atm i have to set the time zone to GMT+1:00 Berlin, Rome just so it gets the correct time.

What am i not understanding here.
