Green light of Internet is not working !!!

I have TP-LINK TD-W8961ND. I forgot my password of 192.168.1.1 address. I reset my modem by inserting a pin in reset hole. When my model reset the light of internet was not working. So I try reinstaling my modem by CD but at last step CD is giving ERROR:020 I dont know what to do please help me. Tell me what should I do ? Should I give my modem to my service provider (BSNL)??And please tell me how could I reset my password of address 192.168.1.1 ?PLEASE HELP THIS IS URGENT !!!
