Model: Archer C24
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.12.1 Build 230308 Rel.63310n(5553)

Hi, I'm currently dealing with a problem where all leds of my router are green and the tplink net website says there's internet connectivity  but when I connect to any device and try to use the internet, it doesn't work. I've triend all solutions I've read like rebooting, restarting but it's been 2 days and I still have no internet connection.

Hello @Snoww

Could you please provide a screenshot of the router's Status page showing the Internet IP address and DNS servers?

We recommend connecting one of your computers directly to your ISP modem, bypassing the C24 router, to confirm you have internet access. Then please check if you've followed the troubleshooting steps in this article:

What should I do if I cannot access the internet through a Wi-Fi router?

BTW, who is your ISP?
