Hi Guys

my WPA4220 unit is not coming up in the Powerline Scan Utility,

i am connected perfectly and have done the wifi clone which works fine, i do want to upgrade the firmware and have a look at the settings but cant if it doesnt appear.

see pic attached

anyone know how to resolve this?

Any anti-virus software is running on your PC? Disable it.
Besides, are you running the utility with the administrator account? (Control panel-->System and Security-->Change User Account Settings)
Try to run it on a different computer.

thanks for your reply bud

i set the ip address manually disabled and renabled the Ethernet and it then appeared

all resolved
