Hi,

I'm using a TP-Link router and i have a big problem.

I can't access pc from the local network.

I have my working computer with an apache server and when i try to connect to the local IP from my phone it doesn't work. (both pc and phone are connected to the same wireless network)

I also made a port forwarding and when i access the internet IP everything works.

I took every page from router admin panel but i still can't figure out what's wrong.

These are the router settings on DHCP
Start IP Address: 192.168.0.100
End IP Address: 192.168.0.199
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1

My laptop ip is 192.168.0.102 and when i try to access this ip from my phone doesn't work (Server not responding).

Thanks,
Octavian Ruda

You can access the server remotely but not locally? On your laptop, can you ping phone's IP successfully? Firewall is disabled on your laptop?

@Ada: I know it was a router problem because everything worked find when i was at work. It wasn't because of the firewall.

Yesterday i made some changes and now it works.

If everyone have the same problem, here is what i changed:

Mode ( Wireless -> Wireless Settings ): 11bg mixed (it was 11bgn mixed)
Channel ( Wireless -> Wireless Settings ): 11

IP Address ( Network -> LAN ): 192.168.1.1

Start IP Address ( DHCP -> DHCP Settings ): 192.168.1.100
End IP Address ( DHCP -> DHCP Settings ): 192.168.1.199
Default Geteway ( DHCP -> DHCP Settings ): 192.168.1.1

Now everything works as it should and i can access internal IP's
