Bandwidth QoS - How to limit bandwidth for Torrent download?

I have bought the TPlink TL-WDR4300 but have no idea how to set bandwidth allocation base on application prioritisation.
my pc IP from 192.168.1.20 to 192.168.1.45
my ISP speed is 20Mbps.
my office has 25 pc and i would like to have smooth web surfing and email.
I notice when torrent download start, web browsing slow down a lot. Hence i want to limit torrent download speed as much as i can.
Hope to get some useful guidedance.
