AX3000 Superior Mesh Wifi

i I have set up the router and inserted the SIM card. I have downloaded the app to activate the router. I have a Wi-Fi signal flashing blue but when I try to start up using the app, it knocks the Wi-Fi out.    It goes from flashing blue to red whilst setting up.
