I'm trying to set up the Deco AX3000 X50. It keeps failing. I go through the steps on the app, it gets to the point where I create the network after entering my Internet type (PPPoE) and username and password. It then creates the network but when trying to connect the light returns to solid red and if fails. Any ideas before I return it to the store, I feel I have wasted enough time on it.
@David-TP Thanks for replying, I called support and yes it was the VLAN, once I set it up it works like a charm :-)
Hi, May I know your internet service provider?
Apart from the PPPOE username and password, do you also need VLAN ID?
