Model: Archer VR2100v
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I placed my router in bridge mode and it skipped over the part where I enter the log-in credentials with my ISP (o2 Telefonica). Now I have no internet... I suppose I need to still log-in to o2, but where am I supposed to do that? Youtube videos don't go beyond the bridge mode instructions...

TP-Link VR2100v

UDM Pro

I ran a search on this forum, with Ubiquiti, internet, youtube... No luck finding an answer.

Thanks for any positive responses.

"Bridge Mode" to my knowledge isn't to be used if it's intended to be used as a modem. Basically:- Modem mode will connect to the internet but won't have any routing functions Bridge mode:- requires an external Fibre Modem and the router will only route the incoming connection. This mode is designed for FTTP Modems where the incoming line/ONT is either a Green Fibre Cable or Ethernet Cable as the DSL Functions will not be used. Simpl put:- your using a Cable Router with no modem.

If you've set your VDSL modem router in bridge mode, you'll need another router to build the PPPoE session with the ISP - check this guide.

If you don't have a second router, you can use a Windows computer to build the PPPoE session with your ISP - details.
