Binding IP address to Mac Address does not work well

Several times my router does not give the reserved IP-address to a device that is registrated with its Mac address and IP-address in the Binding list.
it does give another IP-address. That address is unique. DHCP works well. So there is no conflict. But is not the reserved address from the binding list.
Ik took me quite some time to administer all the devices on my network: Streamer, TV's, smartphones, camera's, my energy system (Sessy homebattery and Smart energy meter). But it seems that I have to do it all over again.
My router is always on standby. That cannot be the problem.
- Why the router does not give via DHCP the reserved IP addresses from the binding list to my devices?
- Is this a Known Problem?
So I upgrade my Archer to 1.1.4 Build 20240529 rel.41435(4555) and I hope that it is working properly now.
It would be a waste of money to buy another router. I am rather satisfied with the WiFi coverage of this router.

Pardon me for jumping into the conversation, but I notice that you always say binding list (or bindlist), which is the term used by TP-Link for the list in the "IP & MAC Binding" menu.
So I'd just like to confirm that you did add your devices under "Address Reservation" in the DHCP menu, right?
