Purchased to upgrade my existing (working) setup
Attempting initial setup using PPPoE
User name and password are identical to those in use by my current router
Router reports 'No Internet Connection'

Orange/Red Internet light on router

Can connect directly to the modem, internet is working

Tried turning modem and router off (left turned off for hours) then power on the Router, Turn on the modem once the router is fully powered on.

Tried cloning the MAC address

Currently running on my old router, as the new one does not work

Any suggestions?
