Can you constantly reproduce this issue, such as via a 4G mobile network on the smartphone?
If yes, please help me submit the Deco APP log first-How to submit Deco APP log.
Would there be any error message when the Deco APP can't load the Mesh network, such as "We Couldn't find Deco"?
If yes, can I have a picture of that?
By the way, did the issue start recently, like since a certain APP upgrade?
If the Deco is in AP mode, it is also recommended to check the firewall settings on the main router or local antivirus system to see whether the Cloud communication through the Deco App might be blocked.

By the way, can I have the current firmware version of your Deco X50?
-I checked your previous records, It seems like your main Deco is Deco XE75. So I wonder if only the satellite Deco X50 was offline when smart phone was on the 5G network?
