Firmware Version: 1.1.7

Hello, i have a problem that when router is on idle or light browsing, it stay connected only on one Band, B3, or B20, depends, with poor speeds and lag. But i notice that if i put something heavy to download, its going to connected to multiplie Bands at the same time, B3,B7,B1 and B20, but only when doing a heavy test or downloading a game.

Band is on Auto mode, even if a mannualy select wich band i want, it behaves the same, only connects to one band, this did not happened with my last ZTE 888Ultra, what is going on with this? Is this a Bug o normal behavor?

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.

I wonder whether it was meant to save power energy and data consumption. I'll check with the engineer for further confirmation.

At the same time, can you consistently reproduce this issue?

Would it be possible to test Deco X50-5G with a sim card from another operator?

By the way, may I know your current mobile service provider?

Best regards.

Hello, it does not make sense to save power or data. As i said i can reproduce it by doing a speed test, or just downloading some file, it will connect to multiplite bands. Also sometimes it goes into 4G mode(one band), it only connect to 4G+ when doing a speed test as it connects to multiple bands. My provider is DIGI, and on my smartphone it works good, can not try another provider.
