TL-WPA4220 DHCP Lease time = 130 seconds

I saw an older discussion with did not end with a solution, hence me restarting this one.
- I upgraded to the latest sw (I think).
- I gave my WPA4220 a fixed address
- I set the DHCP server to "inactive" in the WPA4220 interface (even though I could not find infromation on what this does).
The log keeps growing and I have difficulties keep devices connected.
Any idea ?
Thank you.
