Hello,

I am trying to connect to a VPN (VPN Client) via my AX1800 Dual Band wifi 6 router by creating a VPN Client for OpenVPN and connect it to a VPN service provider.

The issues is I can only see an option to create a VPN Server.

My Firmware version is: 1.0.5 Build 20220729 Rel. 38157(4555)

My Hardware version is:

Archer AX1800 v1.20

Hi @AX1800DualB,

For routers support VPN client, you can see the VPN client compatible list. The Archer AX1800 is not in the list.

Hi,

Does the white sticker on the backside of the router truly say "Archer AX1800(**) Ver: 1.20"?

The firmware version you posted doesn't seem to match with the ones I can find for that model.
