HELP! Archer NX200 says connected to 5G in Tether, but no access from client devices.
Hey.
I recently got an NX200 to connect to the newly upgraded 5G tower nearby. Cell provider is EE in the UK.
Problem is, although I have it all set up and Tether claims the device is connected to the internet, when I connect any client devices (phone, PC) to the wifi, it then says there is no internet connection.
I've tried it in Smart mode and as separate 2.5/5 wifi networks with no luck.
I also upgraded the firmware to the latest (it is a V1 device).
Using the NX200 admin interface I tried setting Network Mode to 5G and 5G/4G/3G and no luck.
The SIM works in a TP Link 4G LTE router without an issue. It also works in a Samsung S21+ giving a >200Mb 5G connection without issue.
I feel like either the device is broken or I am doing something super dumb. Any help gratefully received!
