Firmware 1.6.3 Build 24112112 Rel. 78921
Firmware 1.6.3 Build 24112112 Rel. 78921
Hello Team,
I am experiencing some major network stability issues with my dimmer switches and security camera's on the 2.4g network. It was fine prior to this firmware update. They would show online 1 sec then offline. Everytime I reboot my Deco network, i get different devices reporting offline when they were online prior to the reboot. When I go into the deco app I can see that they are connected. How can I downgrade the firmware? I do not see the current firmware version listed on the Canadian TP Link website.
Please advise.
TIA!

Hi, what is the planned resolution to this buggy firmware version?
All my devices keep disconnecting!
Also, one more issue I haven't seen reported here is that my mobile phones also lose connection when switching on shortly after screen was turned off, it's like a delayed response, initially it shows mobile is connected then the wifi disappears and reappears after about a minute.
All of this started happening with 1.6.3.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log?
At the same time, can you attach the following pictures of network maps together with the APP logs:
By the way, apart from the Tapo cameras, were you having similar issues with other mobile/smart home devices?
Wait for your reply and best regards.
