I restored not compatible rom-0 with the TD-W8961N model and now the router does not activate the network neither wifi nor cable rj45, nor can I restore to factory state because when I press the reset button it does nothing. The power LED is turned on and the wifi and network LEDs flash alternately but for seconds, allowing you to connect with the equipment. Any recommendations? Thank you
