I have installed two decos p9. The light is solid blueish-white, and a protocol wfpp showed in all wifi network, but the app in phne and the pc, when I try to link, tell me "could not find it". Does it mean is working or am I deluding myself because of the color of the light?

Hi, if the LED is solid white, Deco P9 should work as expected.

For the error notice on the Deco APP, It is recommended to refer to We couldn't find Deco. Something wrong with the Cloud service

Hi, welcome to our community.

When you connect your client devices to the Deco network, can you see the network name of Deco?

Welcome to share more details then we can understand the problem better.

BTW, it does not support to install Deco app on PC.
