I have external Asus router and 5 Deco P9 behind it (in router mode). I have no problem connecting from Deco network to Asus but wise versa it doesn't work. I configured routing on Asus in next way:

Network: 192.168.68.0

Netmask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.1.245 (IP of main Deco)

Interface: Lan

 

But I still can't access Deco network. I found suggestion to switch Deco to AP mode that will disable NAT and I tried it. But in this mode I have almost zero visibility on Decos availability (some of them connected only via wifi/powerline so I need to see when they are offline) and many of my devices lost connection to internet. So I want to understand how can I disable NAT on Deco P9 while keeping it in Router mode.

Hi, welcome to the community.

I still wish you could try to set Deco P9 into Access Point mode since under wireless router mode, it is not supported to disable NAT on Deco.

As for the APP management issue, it is suggested to install the beta APP here which is said to greatly optimize the APP experience:

Deco APP 3.8.36 --- Greatly Optimized Network Management Experience

 

And please also make sure the Deco P9 is up-to-date.
