X50 and blue led flashes
Bonjour. La LED bleue continue de clignoter sur l'une des 3 bases installée. Aucun changement ne s'opère. Depuis l'application DECO le module est annoncé hors ligne.
Si je déconnecte le second module (vert, opérationnel, installé à l'étage), celui-ci passe vert et est opérationnel. Mais si je reconnecter l'étage, celui de l'étage reste rouge.
Bref, impossibilité d'avoir les 3 modules connectés simultanément.
Je ne trouve pas d'autre aide pour me supporter sur ce problème. Merci d'avance!

Hi, welcome to our community.
First, please update Deco app to latest from Google Play or Apple Store.
Please power on your two satellite Decos near main Deco in the same room. If both satellite Decos got green and shows online on Deco app, please check Firmware Update on Deco app and update firmware to latest.
Then you may put two Decos back to their original places (if they used to work properly before. If not, please adjust the location of both Decos.)
