I have a 2 Gbps from the ISP going into the ISP's Hitron router which has a 2.5 GbE Port on it. The Hitron is set to Bridge-Mode and all networking is done via Deco XE75 Pro. The 2.5 GbE port is plugged to the XE75 Pro 2.5 GbE port, the rest of the Mesh is over 6 Ghz Backhaul, as I utilize 2.4/5.0 Ghz for IoT/Legacy and other devices in the house.

 

Since Deco's are controlled entirely from the App the ability to set bandwith from ISP should been included. I also have a UDM Pro in my Lab and on it I can set what my ISP is providing nor is it limiting me by speed like the Deco. In reality I should be capable to use the entire 2.5 GbE WAN, with drop once we are talking about WiFi.

 

So going back to the app, its 0-1000 Mbps, I found a thread on here saying it will be fixed but its from 2023 so it hasn't been fixed. I originally got a 3 pack Deco XE75, then got the Pro for the 2.5 GbE port and its not making use of it.

 

The network is as following:

 

ISP Hitron (Bridge-Mode) -> Deco XE75 Pro (Primary) then it mashes to 3 x XE75's and 1 x XE75 Pro located around the house. The 2nd XE75 Pro is located in basement and connects to UDM Pro 10 GbE port so 2.5 GbE TO 10 GbE.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Here are some some suggestions and you may follow step by step:

1. Please update Deco app to the latest from Google Play or Apple Store.

2. Please restart Deco system then check QoS settings on Deco app.

3. You may try to replace main Deco with another Deco XE75 Pro following this guide.

4. If the steps above do not work, it is suggested to reset the Decos and reconfigure for a final confirmation.
