Model: Archer AX55
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.6

In the last few days, my router has stopped connecting to the internet for my iPads and Laptop. When I select WiFi, it connects either with the internet shown connected and then drops it.  I have two different iPhones and my PC connected without a problem. What is the problem.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

It is suggested to follow the steps troubleshoot:

1. Check if the router has configured a parental control profile and remove the device from the profile.

2. Enable the guest network and connect the device to the guest network.

3. Enable a Hotspot Wi-Fi on a phone and connect the device to the Hotspot Wi-Fi. Please reach out the device support if this doesn't work.

4. Change the DNS server on the router following this guide.

5. Reboot or Reset the device to factory default settings.

You may also contact local technical support for direct help.
