Hello,

I'm facing a weird situation. I created an IoT network via the option on the app so my smart devices using only 2.4 ghz could connect to the internet.

It worked just fine.

But then, when I tried to connect back to my main (2.4 & 5 ghz) network, my phone said there was no internet on that network.

However, my husband's phone is still connected to the main network without any issue. This jas been a week now. Haven't been able to reconnect to the internet using my main network and I'm "stuck" on my IoT one, but no other device in my home seems to be affected. Not my husband's phone, none of our computers or gaming consoles.

Anyone can help me fogure out what happend and/ir help me connect to the internet on my phone using my main network?

I tried forgetting the network, turning off wifi, turning off the phone... couldn't find a similar situation anywhere online... I'm lost now!

Hi,

IOT devices should not cause such issue. Have you tested if the issue still exists when you turn off the IOT network?

For your case, you can also enable a guest network for your phone.

Besides, please also check the deny list and parental control settings on Deco APP which may block your device from getting internet.
