I have tried to set up a new BE65 via a modem but get a no Internet error. The Internet works with our old modem. I have used the username and password supplied by isp for PPPoE connection. Can I have a response in plain English I am not an Internet expert!

Hi, May I know who your internet service provider is?

 

Some providers might also require a VLAN ID under the PPPOE internet connection, such as Sky and Vodafone.
