Archer AX10 - Ring doorbell 4 connection
Hi
my AX10 WiFi is set up with onemesh to RE230
my ring doorbell will not connect anymore.
WiFi appears to be strong at the doorbell location but the ring doorbell app shows it very week.
the doorbell requires WiFi channels above 100 for 5g but this doesn't appear to be possible on the router channel manual settings.
any suggestions please?
I have already rebooted everything....

Hi,thanks for posting question here.
Do you want to connect the ring doorbell to AX10 or RE230? Does your ring doorbell support 2.4GHz wifi band or 5GHz?
If AX10 and RE230 are set up Onemesh network, you may check the wireless settings on the Web management of AX10 to confirm whether it can meet your needs.
It is also suggested to contact local technical support for direct help.

hi
the doorbell supports both 2.4 and 5g.
I purchased the RE230 to boost the WiFi in the area where the doorbell is fitted.
it's set up on one mesh.
