Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I have set up weekly scheduled reboot of my X20.

 

However, I observed that it doesn't get reconnect back to internet as it will show "red" colour instead of "green".

 

I will have to manually off and on the modem and X20 will be reconnect thereafter.

 

May I know what is causing the issue that doesn't automatically reconnect back to internet after scheduled reboot?

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

May I know who your internet service provider is? How about the IPV4 internet connection type?

Are you able to constantly reproduce this issue?

- if yes, could you please help me save a copy of the system log from the web UI after the schedule boot when Deco was red again?

By the way, is there any wired device connected to the other Ethernet port of the main Deco X20?
