TD-W8961N V4 doesn't connect to Internet
Hello, I just bought this router but it doesn't connect to internet.
My ISP (Fastweb) isn't present in the wizard, but even if I set up the parameters manually it doesn't work.
The recommended parameters are the following:
Per soddisfare le migliori prestazioni e performance per interfacciarsi correttamente con la rete Adsl Rame di Fastweb, è necessario che il modem disponga delle seguenti caratteristiche tecniche:
- Supporto dello standard ADSL2+ (ITU-T G.992.5)
- Configurabilità dei parametri di rete con le seguenti impostazioni:
- VPI/VCI: 8/36
- Protocollo: RFC 2684 bridged (dinamico)
- Incapsulamento: LLC
- DHCP client abilitato sull'interfaccia WAN per acquisizione dinamica dell'indirizzo IP
- Configurabilità dei parametri di LAN con le seguenti impostazioni:
- DHCP server abilitato per assegnazione dinamica degli indirizzi agli apparati connessi in LAN
- Funzionamento del modem in modalità routed (NAT abilitato)
and the technical support gave me this by mail, but works neither (sorry for the italian but could be understood easily):

For example, if I activate VLAN in the router configuration page and put the VLAN ID to 100, the router freeze and I have to reset to initial parameters to access again.
Could you pls help me?
