Hello,

I hope you're all doing well.

I have recently bought TP-Link TL-WPA7617 AV1000 Wi-Fi Kit Powerline.

I set it up and everything is working fine but the only issue I have is my router has 100 mbps connection and I get around 20 mbps on my other devices that are connected with my TP-Link.

Is there anything I can change in the settings where it could boost my connection?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

There are no settings to boost the connection.

When it comes to the performance of Powerline adapters there are two things that can be done.

1) Try to find out whether there might be one particular electrical appliance plugged into your home's electrical circuit that causes excessive interference.

2) Reduce the distance between the two Powerline adapters. (ignore the "AV600" notations, I drew this sketch for another similar post)
