Hi,

I installed it one year ago and it worked perfectly until 1 week ago, where internet suddenly was nomore available in both frequencies...

I decided to reset the extender (by pressing the "Reset" button) and then tried to connect it to the home Wi-Fi, but still unsuccessfully..., although I tried all possible methods...

By pressing the WPS button, the blue LED blinks only once and turns off: i.e it doesn't start blinking... What is wrong??

It is recommended that you reset the extender and then configure it through the Web UI or APP.

1. Via the Tether APP. The Tether APP could be obtained from APP Store or Google Play Store. In the Tether APP, click the "+" button at the upper right corner, select "Range Extender" and the Tether APP will guide you through the setup process. This is a step-by-step FAQ which contains more details: How to configure Range Extender via Tether APP.

2. Via a web browser, the Range Extender has a web management interface available. Please connect your PC/phone to the Range Extender's default Wi-Fi "TP-Link_Extender_XXXX", open the browser and access http://tplinkrepeater.net or http://192.168.0.254, follow the quick setup procedures to setup your Range Extedner.
