Model: M7650
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.13 Build 180808 Rel.1056n

I have an M7650 device and unfortunately working with it is a fight for survival. The device is connected to the T-Mobile network in Croatia. It restarts from time to time (few times per day), without any reason, leaving no logs. I have already seen similar topics, but still no response from the device manufacturer. Moreover, the issue appears even with higher hardware and firmware versions. Are you going to do something about it? Should I turn the device into a hammer and buy other better company?

  @bberkas

Hi,

You mentioned this issue happens even with higher hardware and firmware versions.Do you mean the issue happened after you updated the firmware?

Please try to reset the device and also update the firmware for it. If it still cannot help, you can contact local support with the results of the steps.

  @Sunshine The previous version of the software also had the same problem. Upgrading to the latest version available on the website did not help. As I mentioned, the problem applies to all devices and has been discussed many times on the forum. Still not repaired, and the devices are still available for sale. Not serious, threads about the first problems are from 2020, 2021 - it is 2024, the problem is still not solved.
