I cannot connect to my router while my wifi extender is connected. In addition, the quality of internet I am receiving when the extender is connected is not good. Is there a way to 1. boost the quality of internet ofthe extender and 2. connect to the router while the extender is plugged in as well?

Hi, if your TL-WA855RE is V5, it is also suggested to keep firmware updated. The latest official firmware-TL-WA855RE(EU)_V5_1.0.13 Build 231115 should fix this issue already.

Check your RE configuration - use this story as an example how to configure your devices.
