VPN Client Doesnt work

I was adding my Kaspersky VPN OpenVPN profile to the router under VPN Client settings.
Steps:
1. Enable VPN Client,
2. Add Server
3. Import OVPN file
4. Add Credentials
5. Save.
6. Add Devices
7. Turned Server to On.
Results:
IP doesn't change. For test I used Japan server profile, but the IP Didn't change. It was showing the usual IP address and shows location India.
May be I am doing something wrong?

Hi,
Verify that the OpenVPN client shows indeed "Connected" and that the server addresses look reasonable.
Also verify that the current MAC address of the client device you are using is still the same as when you added the device. Some devices may change their MAC address frequently when their MAC randomization feature is active.
