Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.6.2 Build 20240308 Rel. 55841

I'm trying to create a VPN server on my Deco mesh network -  I have found instructions on how to do this on TP-Link's website, but I can only do step 1 as I am unable to find the "VPN Server" option in the app? How do I fix this? Is my unit not able to act as a VPN server?

VPN support comes with firmware 1.7, which may or may not be released for Deco M4: Understand the Differences Among Deco Firmware Platforms

 

You will need Main Deco model that supports VPN to be able to configure this service. List of such models, which might be incomplete, can be found here: How to set up VPN Server/VPN Client on Deco router, and here is this list:
