Q1. How does Free Trial work?
A. Generally a new user will get a 30-days free trail when he subscribes the HomeShield for the first time.  After free trail, we will bill you based on the plan you choose.

Q2. Will My subscription renew automatically?
A. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Q3. How can I cancel my subscription?
A. Android: Go to the Google Play app and enter “Subscriptions” in the sidebar, then find the TP-Link Tether/Deco APP. You may enter it and cancel the subscription.
iOS: Go to Settings and enter “Subscriptions” after logging into your Apple Cloud settings, then choose TP-Link Tether/Deco APP and cancel the subscription.

Q4. Can I get a refund after canceling HomeShield Subscription Service?
A. If the HomeShield Subscription Service is actively canceled or terminated during the validity period, the subscription fee will not be refunded during this period. If you are a continuous subscription member, you can unsubscribe from the HomeShield subscription Service and there will be no charge after your current billing cycle ends.
