Deco Mesh with Archer BE800 giving me headaches (Archer AX75 works like a dream)
I have been running a home network seamlessly using the Archer AX75 as a router and Deco BE85 and other deco models for the mesh. The Archer is in router mode with wifi disabled and decos are in Access Point mode for great wifi coverage.
I am about to move from 1 Gb to 10Gb internet at home, so I bought an Archer BE800 router, which can manage 10Gb, in advance to replace my Archer AX75. It has been a disaster!
The Deco network keeps failing, and the internet keeps falling. I sometimes get speeds of 500Mbs; other times, I get 10Mbs. Worse, the Deco mesh keeps dropping signal.
To make sure it wasn't any other issue, I swapped it back to the AX75, and everything is working perfectly giving me wireless speeds of 700-900Mbs (I am still on the 1Gb service) depending on where I am at home.
I then swapped back to the BE800, and everything went crazy, and nothing worked well.
Anyone else having this issues? Any fixes?
Why will the Deco work well with the Archer AX75 and not the Archer BE800??

What LAN port of BE800 you''re using to connect the main Deco and what's the model of your main Deco unit ?
This symptoms can be caused by the negotiated speed problems over the ethernet connection between BE800 and main Deco.

Dear @terziyski
-Main Deco is a BE85
-Using port 3 (10Gb WAN) on the BE800
-Using port 1(10GB) on the BE85 main deco
[See images below]
How do I solve this issue? I am pulling my hair out.
Thank you in advance.

Can you check the negotiated speed here:
Scroll down at the bottom of that page and check:
Using cables from the BE800 kit and Deco BE85 kit would be the best option if your negotiated speeds are not correct - they should be CAT 6.

Will check when I get home. Does it matter that I still do not have my 10Gbs line and am using it with the 1Gbs internet from the ISP?
Thank you.

Do I worry only about the cable between BE800 and main deco BE85 or do I need to check all cables to all other decos too? I have 5 decos (m5, m9, x75) with Ethernet backhaul too.

I think that checking only the cable between the BE800 and Deco would suffice because (from your description) everything works as it should when you use your Archer AX75.

Hi, please also make sure EasyMesh is disabled on the Archer BE800, and let us know if it helps.
If the problem still exists, please let us know if the issue happens with Deco network only, or if the main router BE800 internet drops as well and speed gets slow.

It only scrolls dwon to MAC clone. Does not show me the ethernet status. My AX75 shows it to me and all on full duplex. On the BE800 it will not show it to me. See image below.
