Tp-Link Extender version-V5 not connecting to internet

Hello,
Unable to connect the TP-Link Extender to the internet. Tried the reset method but still isn't working, Also the power button light blinks for few mins and automatically everything turns off and restarts automatically.
It would be really great if someone helps out!
