Hi, If possible, please change another USB hard drive to see if the issue still happens, let us know the model no. and format of your USB hard drive.
Besides, when the issue happens, the 2.4G WiFi will not be visible or it cannot be seen but no client device can join the WiFi? any error message?
If you unplug the USB hard drive, will the issue disappear immediately?
