Model: Archer AX90
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Archer AX90(US)_V1.26_1.1.12 Build 20230526

I have been experiencing frequent disconnections with the wifi coming from my Archer AX90 AX6600 router. I have tried everything from eliminating security(bad idea, but tried it anyway), to changing the channels, to a full factory reset. The wifi will randomly cut out at some point in the day. It is particularly annoying when doing a video call. The thing is, this issue only started midway through last year. The most recent firmware is from May, which about lines up with when the problem appeared.

This brings me to my question, where can I find older versions of the firmware? On the TP-Link downloads page, only the latest is available for download. Before I write this thing off as failing hardware, I would like to try rolling back the firmware and see if anything improves.

For reference, when the wifi cuts out, there is no change in the LED on the router. Anything connected via ethernet is unaffected. Only devices connected over wifi lose their connection. The connection does come back after a few seconds.

@TheZethy I had the same problem more or less.  My printer kept losing its network connection.  I solved it by disabling 2.4ghz and 5ghz autoswitch/share  option in router settings.   Wifi now broadcasts 2.4ghz separate  from 5ghz.  The printer is an older machine and does not recognize 5g , thus the autoswitch function would disconnect the printer when it automatically switched wifi to 5ghz.  I could be wrong but printer is no longer dropping connection to my network..  (Its a wifi only printer)

@Kimb0b Something like this appears to have been the problem. I changed the wifi channels from "auto" to a specific value. I also cut the channel width down to 20Mhz. No connections drop anymore and I did not need to roll back firmware.
