Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.2 20230908 32942

It is NOT about WiFi, it is about wired connection.

Well, the story is that until a few days ago I had a 250 Mbps connection, and all speed tests showed me good results.

Then I decided to upgrade my speed to 500 Mbps. Everything is fine with ISP. They just activated it at once.

After running the same test the results were worse than when I had 250... almost 240 Mps.

Aight... restarted my mesh... the same bad results.

Then it hit me, my ISP can't just fool me and I should run the test by Deco app on my cell? Yeah!

The result showed me 469 Mbps. Satisfying.

Back to PC. Run the test and... 240 Mbps?! Why?

My PC is connected to Deco router by wire, and there is a wire between Deco and ISP.

No disturbances anywhere. No limited devices in-between.

NIC in my PC is Intel wfif 6 AX2000 - it should be more than enough.

What is wrong?

  @Zyber

There is QoS parameter in Deco app that could be throttling speeds. See How to set up QoS on the Deco

In your case, you should up it to at least 500/500.
