Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 3.20

When someone connects to the router, I want it to be automatically directed to a web address I specify for them

Such as a web page containing an advertisement

TL-WR940N   doesn't support a captive portal.

Here's a guide on how to configure portal authentication of some router models (not every model has this feature) - click on the raw down after " This Article Applies to:"

Some of TP-Link dedicated APs support a captive portal too - here.
