Hi, I maybe able to help here.

Your router will probably be fine but your ISP config not so.

If your ISP insists on a VLan ID of 0 (zero) no TPL routers can be configured this way currently and Vlan ID's are 1 (one) upwards on TPL models.

The settings for this are in IPTV settings normally.

If you find the auto set up fails this is most likely the reason why, the next step is either return the router for a refund/swap for a brand that does use Vlan ID 0 or contact your ISP where they should be able to do something at their end to enable the router to connect.
